REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Easy Registration Process
We’ve made the registration process simple and hassle-free! Choose your preferred payment method and follow these steps:
For HRDC-Claimable Registrations:

  1. Register Online – Complete the registration form with accurate details.
  2. Select “Payment with HRDC” – No prepayment required!
  3. Receive Confirmation – We’ll send an email with an invoice and HRDC supporting documents.
  4. Apply for HRDC Grant Approval – Use the provided documents to submit your HRDC grant application. (Refer to the relevant HRDC code for details.)
  5. Submit Grant Approval – Once approved, email us the approval document to confirm your spot.
  6. You’re All Set! – Only participants with approved HRDC Grant applications can attend the workshop/conference.

For Direct Payment (Non-HRDC) Participants:

  • Fast & Secure Payment – Simply register and complete your payment via our secure payment gateway.
  • Instant Confirmation – Once payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the event details.

Substitution Policy

  • Can’t make it? You can send a replacement!
  • Just send us a written request at least four (4) working days before the event—we’ll take care of the rest!

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • This applies to both HRDC and direct payments.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows.
  • If a registered participant does not attend, they will be marked as a no-show, and the approved HRDC grant (if applicable) will still be claimed.

However, UTV reserves the right to make necessary adjustments, including changes to the venue, facilitators, content, or schedule, as well as rescheduling or canceling events due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify all registered participants in a timely manner.
